Crowd Tech Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, is seeking to recruit Czech Speaking Customer Support agents, to join their team at their offices located in Limassol, Cyprus. 

The role will include the following responsibilities:

Assist Back Office with follow up on Know-Your-Client documentation

Deal directly with clients via the phone, live chat and email

Addressing client queries regarding trading and the instruments that are available to them

Training new clients on company’s platforms and trading tools

Providing information on technical and fundamental analysis to clients via online sessions

Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries and resolving accordingly

Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Preferable Experience and Qualifications:

University or College degree in any field

Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills

The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines

The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy

Ability to analyse and orientate quickly

Able to work on own initiative

High level of self-motivation

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Czech & English Language – Greek will be considered an advantage

Team player

EU citizen or a legal work Permit

Currently living in Cyprus

What will your job look like?

Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and use techniques to persuade customers to remain under the services that PrimeTel offers

Directly contacting customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain them turns into a customer renewal opportunity

Contacting suspended/closed customers and ensure payment and reconnection also again ensure that every opportunity to retain them turns into a customer renewal opportunity

Accountable for contacting customers to offer them contract renewal

Responsible to properly document outcomes on why customers choose to terminate our services, updates team’s files timely

Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation

All you need is…

Educated to a degree level

Experience in managing cross-functional projects

Ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions and meet deadlines

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and in particular excellent telephone manner

Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Attention to detail / accuracy

Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously

Fluency in Greek and English

Main Duties:

The successful applicant will be working at the Chamber’s Secretariat in Limassol. He/She will act as Environmental, Safety and Security Officer reporting to the Marine Manager and will mainly be responsible for:

The Chamber’s Environmental, Safety and Security issues

The organisation and co-ordination of the Chamber’s relevant Committees

Liaising with Governmental and other professional bodies

Qualifications / Requirements:

 University Degree in Naval Arcitecture or Marine Engineering or other shipping related engineering field or a 2nd or 3rd Engineer Officer Certificate, with previous experience in the technical department of a shipping company

Excellent written and spoken Greek and English

Computer highly literate and experienced in a network environment

Strong sense of professionalism, organisation and efficiency

Effective communication skills

Remuneration:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively managing selected projects, taking responsibility for resource allocation, managing subcontractors, quality assurance and client feedback.

• Coordinate and negotiate payment certificates with sub-contractors.

• Preparing and finalizing offer proposals for projects.

• Possess knowledge with regards to Environmental Engineering and its management techniques.

Profile and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Experience in the construction and supervision of high rise building designs (over 100 meters) is required.

• Trained in major components of Scaffolding systems.

• Trained in concrete and steel works for Sheer walls, Core walls and D walls.

• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, RDM 6, Microsoft Suite and MatLab.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
