Waiter/Waitress – St. Raphael Resort & Marina
St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and grow with us.

Job Overview
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in our restaurants, bars, or event spaces. He/she will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
· Present menus, explain specials, and take food and drink orders accurately
· Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
· Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and responding to requests
· Set up, clean, and reset tables as needed
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
· Follow all hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP
· Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
· Handle payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
· Good command of English (knowledge of Greek or another language is a plus)
· Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards
