Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a professional and guest-focused Waiter to join our food and beverage team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional table service.
• Present menus, answer questions regarding dishes and beverages, and make recommendations.
• Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared according to resort standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and follow health and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving minor issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
