Job Description
Our client is a subsidiary company to in International Group of Companies who are in operation in 29 countries worldwide and with more than 130 professional staff members and a leader within the classified ads and operate various escort services websites and are currently looking to recruit and experienced and UX/UI Designer to join a youthful and dynamic Product Team at their Nicosia based offices
The successful candidate will create digital products that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Your Responsibilities:
Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and analytics, while conducting competitor benchmarking and analyzing best practices.
Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize design solutions.
Organize and structure content to ensure clear and logical navigation.
Create layouts, typography, colour schemes, and user flows to deliver visually appealing and intuitive experiences.
Work closely with the IT team and Product Manager to ensure designs align with project goals.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and pre-concept development for new projects, proposing creative solutions.
Skills & Experience:
Empathy and a user-centric mindset throughout the design process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Familiarity with prototyping tools.
Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong teamwork skills and experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not required).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Agile methodology.
Fluency in English is a must.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary from 40,000 to 45,000 Euros gross annually
Annual bonus (MBO) of 10%
