St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a passionate and skilled Thailand Cook A’ to join our team and grow with us.

Job Overview
The Thailand Cook A’ will be responsible for preparing high-quality Thai dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and authenticity. He/she will contribute to the smooth operation of the Thai cuisine section while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
· Prepare a variety of authentic Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, soups, salads, and grilled items
· Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to established recipes and standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
· Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
· Support the creation and development of new Thai menu items
· Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and coordinate with front-of-house when needed
· Monitor inventory and assist in stock control and ordering
· Ensure timely preparation and attractive presentation of all dishes during service

Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience as a Thai Cook A’ or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
· Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Thai cuisine techniques
· Excellent knife skills and attention to flavor and presentation
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
· Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
· Basic knowledge of English (knowledge of Greek is a plus)
