Requirements:
Ensuring service excellence regarding to the company’s standards
Be able to remain calm under pressure conditions
Look after the needs of the guests by showing “can do” attitude
To work as part of a team and be able to meet the department objectives
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Taking guest orders
Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to the guests
Communicating orders effectively to the kitchen
Serving food and beverages
Handling payments
Maintaining cleanliness
