Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Oil and Gas companies and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Tax Manager for their offices in Nicosia
Responsibilities:
Review of Cyprus companies planned transactions for Cyprus tax consequences
Interaction with the Head Office Tax Department in the course of preparation of tax returns for Cyprus companies
Interaction with the Cyprus Tax Authorities on routine tax matters of Cyprus companies
Participation upon request in interaction with Tax Directors of upstream projects in other jurisdictions
Qualifications Required:
Membership of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA) is a must.
5+ years of relevant experience in Tax or VAT department preferably within Top4 firm or another accounting/audit firm is a must.
Fluent English and Greek with Russian a very strong plus
Excellent knowledge of the Cyprus Tax legislation and principles of International Tax Law.
Experience in preparation/filing of all types of tax forms and returns.
Knowledge of international tax regulations
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Salary:
Salary based on experience from 50,000 to 60, 000 (some flexibility based on profile).
