Cablenet Communication Systems Plc seeks to recruit a full-time person for the following career opportunity based in Nicosia:

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

 Responsibilities: 

• Analyze systems logs and identify potential issues.
• Executing routine audits of applications.
• Users and permissions management.
• Troubleshooting reported issues.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Update applications and servers.
• Manage versioning system and continuous server.

Required Qualifications: 

• University degree in Computer Science or related subject is required.
• At least 2-3 years in an IT role.
• At least 1 year in a System Administrator role.
• Experience in managing multiple systems.
• Experience in SAP system is a bonus.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux.
• Familiar with advanced Linux commands.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 12.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or any other Cloud experience.
• Basic understanding of networking principles.
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Very good command of both English and Greek language.
