JOB PURPOSE
The Kids Club attendant will ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club and Crèche , and will follow the programme of animation and activities in the most efficient and effective manner. Reporting to the Kids Club supervisor He/she will deliver the highest possible standards of service, entertainment and satisfaction to all children and parents, through the effective management of the department’s equipment and provisions. He/she will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving the department activities in accordance with Hotel policies, procedures and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Nursery Nurse Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Loves children
- First aid certificate will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good knowledge of English is a must and preferably some knowledge of Greek or Russian. More foreign languages will be considered an additional advantage.
- Full training is given, but experience in a similar role will be considered an additional advantage
- Creative thinking skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable, enthusiastic and polite.
- Flexibility on working schedule is a must.
