St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for new associates for the position of Staff Cook to grow with us.
Job Overview
The Staff Cook will be responsible for preparing daily meals for hotel staff, ensuring that food is cooked and presented according to the hotel’s standards. The successful candidate will follow pre-set recipes and instructions from superiors, contribute to maintaining high hygiene standards, and support the efficient operation of the kitchen.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and cook daily staff meals using high-quality ingredients and pre-set recipes.
- Organize and maintain food preparation stations for efficient flow and timely service.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or required supplies to the supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are clean and properly stored.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries according to proper procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive working environment with fellow team members.
- Remain flexible and assist in other kitchen areas if required, according to business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must speak and write Greek and English very well.
- Culinary school diploma will be considered as an advantage.
- Holder of an EU passport is essential.
