Job Overview
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the spa and provide the most kind and carrying customer experience to our valuable quests.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcoming the quests with manner way.
- Provide guidance to the quests of Serenity Spa regarding the procedures, services and products.
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate proper information to existing and potential guests.
- Receive guest’s complaints and feedback.
- Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa
- Process payments from guests for services ordered from the spa
- Open and close the spa at the appropriate time following the appropriate procedures.
- Introduce and promote new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits
- Interacting with quests throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
- Providing customers with towels and other items during their spa visit
- Helping clients relax by providing them with beverages during treatments or in between services
- Assists with transitional cleaning of locker room and relaxation area as needed.
- Perform any other duties that management reasonably require.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must speak and write Greek and English very well. Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an additional advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in any customer service position. Experience in Spa environment will consider as strong advantage.
- Familiar with computer, Ms Office and digital tools.
- Holder of an EU passport

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills needed for effective discussions with clients to promote the spa’s products and services to them.
