St Raphael Resort & Marina needs to recruit their new associates for the position of Maître D’ Hotel to grow with us.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maître D’ Hotel to oversee the daily operation of our Restaurants, Conference Rooms and Event Halls, ensuring excellent service standards and memorable guest experiences. The role focuses on service leadership, team supervision, quality control and supporting departmental profitability in line with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and event operations ensuring smooth service delivery
• Lead, train and motivate service teams to maintain high standards
• Ensure servicequality, presentation, hygiene and safety compliance
• Supervise special events, banquets and conferences
• Monitor service performance, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Support revenue growth through upselling and service excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Good command of Greek and English

• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
