Are you passionate about hospitality and excellent customer service? St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our resort.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide a warm, professional, and friendly service to guests and team members.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at designated cash points.
Ensure proper cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing procedures.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash at the end of shifts.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding billing and payments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and security.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong numerical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting principles.
Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
