St Raphael Resort and Marina - Shift Technician

St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for the next member of its team for the Technical Department.

As a Technician, the main duties will include:

• Handling technical tasks in rooms, as well as in shared indoor and outdoor areas.
• Carrying out maintenance work on the hotel facilities.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks.
• Restoring and repairing unexpected breakdowns.
• Keeping detailed records of the maintenance plan.
• Assessing the condition of facilities and reporting to supervisors on any actions required.
• Monitoring stock and spare parts related to the technical department.
• Suggesting improvements for more effective use of equipment/machinery.
• Collaborating with external parties such as suppliers, technicians, construction companies, and machinery representatives.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.

Professional qualifications and candidate profile:

• Graduate of a technical school will be considered an additional asset.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works.
• Team spirit.
• Consistency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a shift basis.

Remuneration package:

• Salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Meals provided by the hotel.
• 13th salary.
