Beauty Therapist – Spa Department
We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join the Spa Department of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high standard of beauty and wellness treatments in line with hotel and spa standards
Provide exceptional guest service and personalized care
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
Promote spa services and retail products
Occasionally cover the Spa Reception, including guest bookings, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments
Requirements:
Certified Beauty Therapist (relevant diploma or qualification required)
Previous experience in a hotel or spa environment will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
