Spa Therapist – Job Description

St. Raphael Resort & Marina is seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional treatments and creating a memorable wellness experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including:
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Swedish Massage
• Sports Massage
• Thai Massage
• Reflexology
• Carry out facial treatments (not mandatory but considered an advantage).
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their spa visit.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of spa products and equipment.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products with confidence and expertise.
• Assist in achieving sales targets while enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

• Pleasant and friendly personality, fair, honest, reliable, and polite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Greek or Russian are a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Professional, well-groomed, and committed to providing a high standard of service.
