Ayana Spa at Ajax Hotel is seeking a professional, customer-focused Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness and beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of guest care. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a relaxing and luxurious spa experience aligned with the hotel's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Ayana Spa specializes in cosmetology, physiotherapy, and holistic wellness therapies within a premium spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
Conduct guest consultations to assess individual needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Keep accurate guest treatment records while maintaining confidentiality.
Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and reservations.
Provide reception coverage during designated hours, including welcoming guests, handling bookings, processing payments, and responding to telephone and email inquiries.
Follow all hotel and spa policies, procedures, health, and safety regulations.
Participate in training programs and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel spa environment.
Proven experience in massage treatments, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
Excellent knowledge of spa and beauty treatment techniques.
Fluent English is essential - written and spoken.
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
