Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit a SPA Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa and health club area to meet or exceed the hotel operating standards.
  • Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all time.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa and health club facilities.
  • Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are always paramount.
  • Ensure consistent Spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
  • Ensure that the Spa team adhere to the hotel operational and service standards.
  • Ensure all spa, health club and wellness equipment are always maintained in good working order.
  • Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and health club operational revenue.
  • Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Spa and health club area to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Manage spa inventory effectively, and follow hotels purchasing standards to ensure audit compliance.
  • Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the SPA Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well-established Spa brand.
  • Excellent computer literacy. Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
  • Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Spa and Membership software.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Have a high-level attention to detail.
