At the moment we are recruiting motivated Spa Aesthetician, for our partner hotel, luxury mountain resort in Austria, with starting date in November or December 2022.  

Qualifications & Experience 

• Aesthetician or Cosmetologist Degree  
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same position, in a luxury hotel or high-quality spa centre 
• Good German and English language skills 
• Knowledge and experience of high-level nailcare  
• High cleanliness and sanitation standards 
• Dedication to helping people take care of their well-being 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Punctuality and professionalism  
• EU citizen 

Tasks 

• Perform facial, makeup, and wax services to guests  
• Perform all types of nail services such as: manicures, pedicures, artificial nail enhancements, and nail art 
• Properly care for equipment and products used throughout the spa facility 
• Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis  
• Obtain guest's basic medical history, assess any problems/conditions, and assure guest safety while performing services 
• Provide superior guest services and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction 
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. 
• Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. 
• Maintain towel, linen, and supplies 
• Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products 
• Perform other related duties as assigned
