We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to support and lead our kitchen team.
Location: St. Raphael Marina, Limassol, Cyprus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
- Assist with menu planning and stock management
- Train and motivate junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef position
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- European citizenship is a must
