Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking energetic and reliable Runners to support our food and beverage team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidates will ensure smooth and efficient service by assisting waitstaff in delivering meals and beverages to guests promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters and kitchen staff by delivering food and beverages to guest tables efficiently and accurately.
• Clear tables and return used items to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Support the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and prompt service.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.
• Energetic, fast, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
