Catrina’s is a vibrant and modern restaurant located in Limassol, offering a high-quality dining experience with a focus on excellent service, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily service.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant during service hours, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a hands-on management style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times

  • Handle reservations, seating, and floor management during service

  • Monitor service quality and maintain brand standards

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams

  • Oversee closing procedures and daily reporting

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

  • Support staffing schedules and operational planning

Working Conditions

  • Salary: €2,500 gross per month (negotiable depending on experience)

  • Working days: 5 days per week (6 days is a plus)

  • Working hours: 9 hours per day including break

  • Meals: Provided during shifts

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)

  • Only European candidates or candidates with valid work authorization in Cyprus/EU may apply.
