About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservation requests, updating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with guests. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Ensure all hotlines are attended to at all times.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Confirm and reconfirm all bookings and cancellations with guests.
- Assist guests with modifications to existing bookings in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to clean-as-you-go practices.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
- Answer all phone calls using proper etiquette and clear, professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Support the team to meet common goals and address team concerns effectively.
- Adhere to company quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; university degree is a plus
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Greek or Russian is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel software/PMS is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Customer-centric and detail-oriented mindset
