 What will your job look like?

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Company visitors and colleagues
  • Handle incoming calls, and coordinate the mail & packages delivery
  • Support all departments with various admin tasks (organizing meetings, courier, copying/scanning, calls, office supplies, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Act as liaison between colleagues working remotely, and colleagues or collaborators visiting the offices
  • Provide support to the HR team with regards to HR administration
  • Ensure that entry security standards are being followed by all visitors and colleagues
  • Assist in organizing various events throughout the company

All you need is…

  • Excellent customer orientation, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, are a must
  • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language, with very good translation skills – this is a mandatory requirement
  • Associate Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field is a plus
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to prioritize and to deliver under time pressure
  • Proven understanding of confidentiality
