Quality and Client Support Officer
Job Description
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, BRC, ADR and other applicable standards
Plan and conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and contractual requirements
Identify non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up
Provide consulting and advisory support to clients on improving quality systems, operational processes, and facility setup
Support clients in implementing best practices in quality, food safety, and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, ADR)
Deliver training sessions and guidance to client teams on quality, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
Monitor progress of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings
Manage and resolve client complaints, ensuring effective and timely solutions
Ensure service delivery is aligned with SLAs, contractual obligations, and quality standards
Support the setup, assessment, and optimisation of client facilities, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
Ensure alignment of operations with food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP principles
Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015
Maintain and control all quality, compliance, and audit documentation
Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification processes
Monitor supplier performance and compliance levels and identify risks
Track and analyse KPIs related to quality, audit outcomes, and client satisfaction
Undertake any additional responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned, in line with the scope of the role.
You need these qualifications:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proven experience in quality management, auditing, or operational consulting (supply chain, food, facilities, or similar industries)
ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor (IRCA certified)
ISO 22000 Internal Auditor certification
Strong knowledge of BRC and ADR standards (mandatory)
Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles
Experience in supplier audits and compliance assessments
Ability to identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations to clients
High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
Willingness to travel
It would be nice if:
