Product Line Sales Manager (Storage Solutions)
The Product Line Sales Manager (Storage Solutions) will own the full responsibility of ASBIS Kypros’ storage portfolio, driving sales growth, vendor relations, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise storage, datacenter storage, and cloud-ready solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of storage technologies and the ability to translate technical benefits into business value for enterprise and channel partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (Master’s degree is a plus).
3–5+ years of experience in product management or sales of enterprise storage / datacenter solutions.
Strong technical and market knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS, all-flash, object storage, backup & recovery).
Proven record of achieving sales and growth targets.
Experience in vendor management and channel development.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Functions
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Storage Solutions portfolio (enterprise storage systems, SAN/NAS, all-flash, hybrid, cloud-integrated storage).
Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
Identify and develop new opportunities with enterprise customers, government, and resellers.
Vendor & Product Line Ownership
Act as primary contact for storage vendors (e.g., Supermicro, PureStorage, Western Digital, DELLEMC, Synology, Seagate, Huawei, Vertiv storage-integrated systems).
Manage vendor relationships, pricing, rebates, and marketing funds.
Ensure product portfolio is competitive and aligned with Cyprus market demand and beyond.
Market Development
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Develop go-to-market plans, promotions, and product positioning strategies.
Train internal teams, resellers, and customers on storage solutions.
Customer Engagement
Work closely with ICT Solutions sales team and presales engineers to design and deliver storage proposals.
Build strong long-term relationships with CIOs, IT managers, and solution integrators.
Participate in tenders, proposals, and solution presentations.
