Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a talented Pastry Cook to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will create high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight our guests and complement the resort’s dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all products are of the highest quality in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute daily and special menus.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry and baking areas.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Stay updated on pastry trends and contribute ideas to enhance the dessert offerings.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a pastry cook or baker in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, desserts, and pastry preparation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and high standards for quality and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
