Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Escort guests to assigned dining area. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
- Manage Reservations
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus
- Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in Hospitality Industry
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Hotel software/PMS is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
- Pleasant Personality
