Responsibilities

Welcome guests to the venue
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
Escort guests to assigned dining area. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
Manage Reservations

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus
Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in Hospitality Industry
Excellent Knowledge of English Language
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge of Hotel software/PMS is a plus
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
Pleasant Personality
