DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning tools, equipment, electrical systems, apparatus, components.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
Test batteries in generators, emergency lighting, etc.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and current National Electric Code and local codes.
Respond to repair requests, perform preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and appliances.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
Ensure panel and electrical distribution and power backup system are working properly.
Closely monitor and recording the electrical utilities consumption in daily base and submitted to the Engineering coordinator to record.
Follow the routine Preventive maintenance task activity and recorded accordingly.
Daily check and recorded for all electrical consumption in both hotel area and commercial area.
Assist the Engineering coordinator in daily inventory activity, especially in electrical equipment.
Take care of any guest/ staff requests and complete them within the appropriate time.
Fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration system, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

Drill holes and install mounting brackets and hangers into floor and walls of building.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials

Estimate, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.
