Mechatronics Engineer
ENGINO is looking for a Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineer for a creative, hands-on role to our Limassol or Nicosia centre.
The Employee based at the Nicosia Centre will be required to travel to the Limassol Centre approximately two (2) to three (3) times per week. Travel expenses incurred for these visits will be reimbursed by the Company in accordance with its travel expense policy.

Main Responsibilities:
Research & Development
Participate in the design and development of new ENGINO products.
Test and evaluate prototypes and product concepts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of existing products.
Ensure products combine technical excellence with educational value.
Support the development of products with strong commercial potential and market relevance.
Conduct research on new technologies, educational trends, and innovative product ideas.
STEM, Robotics & Makerspace Education
Deliver STEM, robotics, and makerspace workshops for children aged 4–18.
Conduct educational activities and demonstrations in schools.
Participate in maker events, exhibitions, and educational outreach programs.
Provide training and support to teachers, both online and in person.
Develop educational content and workshop materials.
Represent ENGINO in local and international educational missions and events when required.
Promote creativity, problem-solving, engineering, and innovation through hands-on learning experiences.
Qualifications required:
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering field.
· Hands-on experience for minimum 3 year experience in physical or electronic product design, prototyping, and testing.
· Practical experience with 3D printers, laser cutters, and other makerspace equipment.
· Knowledge and hands-on use of platforms such as Arduino, Micro:bit, and DIY electronics.
· Basic coding and programming skills.
· Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent design tools.
· Valid driving licence.
