• Previous experience in a similar role in fine dining or high-end hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
• Passion for hospitality and genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to lead by example and support junior team members
