Job Description

We are currently seeking a charming, energetic and skilled individual to fill the role of Hostess/Host.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests according to service standards
Organizing guest seating arrangements and managing the floor operation
Providing information about the restaurant, menu, and special offers
Handling table reservations and coordinating bookings
Ensuring orderliness in the waiting area

Requirements:

Work permit in Cyprus
Intermediate English language
Experience in the service industry or a similar role
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
Knowledge of fundamental service standards and guest greeting protocols
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and efficiently manage queues
