SUMMARY
The successful candidate will provide a high level of service and customer care to all Health Club customers whilst maintaining an accurate booking system to achieve maximum guest and member satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deal with reservations, taking bookings and special requirements. To achieve optimum utilization of facilities.
- Operate Systems and deal with messages and enquiries when required, to the company standard.
- To welcome guests on arrival to required standard, and ensure their details are entered into the computer correctly and efficiently.
- To promote the Health Club ambience for members and visitors to increase the appeal of the Health Club. To help organize and co-ordinate Health Club social activities.
- To liaise with the health club supervisor on a regular basis regarding any administrative or special duties. Attending team meetings when required.
- To ensure that a high level of customer care is maintained always, especially when under pressure.
- To always adhere to Health Club rules.
- To ensure that cashing up procedures are always adhered to, ensuring that all money and charges are correctly balanced, security checks are made according to Company procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness of area and to take ownership of reception.
- Required to check changing areas on a regular basis.
- Monitoring reception policies and procedures & working directly with Health Club Supervisor.
- Ensure the best quality service advice and information is available.
- Ensuring that changing areas, showers, poolside, steam room and sauna are clean and tidy always.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate
- 1+ years’ experience in similar position as Receptionist or Previous customer related experience
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language (Greek & Russian Language is a plus)
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
