Head of Sales Department   (VAC-J3475)

Our client, a Group of Companies with interests in a variety of industries, is currently looking for an individual to become the Head of their Sales Department. This is an exciting and highly challenging position. The ideal candidate should be results oriented, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a solid background in sales, willing to work hard. 

Responsibilities: 
Manage the sales team, including defining and communicating Key Performance Indicators and targets
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Perform market and competition analysis
Ensure that customer needs are met, which may include product modifications
Identify potential clients
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
To perform other relevant duties.
Work within the company’s code of ethics.

Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or in a similar field
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
Have a pleasant personality and strong commercial awareness
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress

Working Hours: 
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00 
Friday, 08:00 – 15:30
This is an onsite role
