About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Grill Cook to join the kitchen team of a well-established fine dining restaurant in Limassol. If you have a passion for cooking, experience with charcoal grilling, and enjoy working in a fast-paced professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently.
Operate and maintain charcoal grills and other kitchen equipment safely.
Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements.
Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Grill Cook is essential.
Experience with charcoal grilling is required.
Good knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
