What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out regular inspections and preventive maintenance across the office
Responding quickly to maintenance issues and unexpected breakdowns
Handling general repairs and coordinating specialist contractors when needed
Monitoring and maintaining building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
Keeping maintenance records up to date
Managing maintenance-related expenses and helping control costs
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
Helping create a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained workplace for everyone
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in building, facility, property, or general maintenance
Good practical skills and the ability to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems
A proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities
Someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Good communication skills and professional attitude
English language proficiency
