We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and KNX-controlled installations. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge combined with experience in automation systems and smart building technologies.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, lighting systems, wiring, and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot KNX Building Automation Systems
Support programming adjustments and system improvements within KNX environments
Maintain and operate smart building controls including lighting, blinds, HVAC integration, and sensors
Diagnose communication issues between automation devices and systems
Support fire alarm, security, access control, and other low-voltage systems
Respond to electrical and automation system failures or emergencies
Coordinate with external specialists and contractors when required
Maintain accurate maintenance reports, records, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, or Automation Technician
Hands-on experience with KNX systems is highly preferred
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) is an advantage
Experience with electrical installations, controls, and troubleshooting
Understanding of low-voltage systems and smart building technologies
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Greek and English language skills required
Manual driving license required
