What You’ll Do:
- Learn and Grow: Dive into the world of STEM and robotics with in-house training and induction programs tailored to junior engineers.
- Innovate and Create: Develop DIY makerspace projects combining laser-cut wooden surfaces, 3D-printed components, ENGINO parts, and electronics like Arduino and Microbit.
- Hands-On Prototyping: Design and test new products using 3D printers, laser cutters, and CAD software.
- Inspire Others: Deliver exciting STEM and robotics workshops for children (ages 4–15) and professionals, fostering creativity and curiosity.
- Collaborate: Work alongside talented teams across product design, software, electronics, and marketing.
- Explore New Environments: Split your time between our ENGINO headquarters in Ypsonas and our Exploration Centre in Kolonakiou, ensuring every day is dynamic and rewarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial/Product Design, Education Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks), 3D printing, laser cutting, or platforms like Arduino or Microbit is an advantage—but not required!
- A passion for creativity, hands-on learning, and innovation.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and working with children and adults.
- No experience? No problem! Junior engineers are encouraged to apply. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Remuneration and work hours?
Even Junior persons can apply, as long as they have at least a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Product design, Mechatronics and Electrical engineering.
The work hours are 43 per week, spread over 6 days including Saturday for the 1st year of employment due to the teaching responsibilities that will take up around 50% of the engineer’s time, while the other 50% will be on Product design and R&D. After the 1st year, work during Saturday may be removed so that the work is over 5-days allocating more % on R&D, provided the candidate will demonstrate exceptional talent in New Product Development.
Salary starts from 1400 to 1600 depending on the candidates’ experience and can reach up to 2200 within the first 3-5 years according on the professional growth and overall performance evaluation. There is also in addition a 13th salary.
The position is in Limassol, Cyprus and work will be split between the head office in Ypsonas and the ENGINO STEM center at Kolonakiou where the STEM and ROBOTICS workshops are offered.
