Elysium, a 5-star hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Plumber.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Plumber will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and equipment, supporting the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities and high-quality standards at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in guest rooms, kitchens, and hotel facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of plumbing tools and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and hotel standards.
• Report any faults, shortages, or issues to supervisors.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Support team members and maintain effective communication within the engineering team.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Technical diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in plumbing or a related field.
• Previous experience as a plumber, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team spirit with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of English is a must. Greek is a plus.
