Job Purpose:
The Thai Masseur will be responsible for delivering high-quality traditional Thai massage and other therapeutic treatments to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The role includes assessing guests' needs, recommending suitable treatments, and maintaining a serene and professional spa environment in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including:
• Traditional Thai Massage
• Balinese Massage
• Lomi-lomi Massage
• Reflexology
• Hammam treatments
• Deep Muscle/Swedish Massage
• Nail care and treatments
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on preferences and physical condition.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out safely, maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards.
• Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Provide aftercare advice and recommend follow-up treatments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about spa services and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with spa and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Stay updated on new massage techniques and wellness trends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1.    Certified training in traditional Thai massage from a recognized institution.
2.    At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel setting.
3.    Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
4.    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
5.    Ability to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere for guests.
6.    Knowledge of various massage techniques and holistic therapies.
7.    Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards.
8.    Ability to work in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
9.    A friendly and calm demeanor with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
