Brief Description: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering architectural lighting projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, the role ensures efficient project execution while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and providing regular progress updates to management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE OWNING
Manage architectural lighting projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and agreed timelines
Prepare project proposals, quotations and technical lighting solutions tailored to clients' requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources while identifying and mitigating project risks
Conduct site visits, monitor installation progress and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations
Prepare regular project status reports, financial updates and presentations for management and clients
Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical files, CRM updates and project records
Support lighting studies, technical presentations and contract preparation where required
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and strategic partners while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Ensure a seamless project handover, gather client feedback and incorporate lessons learned into future projects
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field
2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the lighting, construction, architectural or building services industry
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and project coordination
Excellent organizational and communication management skills
Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of project management software will be considered an advantage)
Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
