Dasoudi Restaurant, located in the vibrant coastal area of Limassol, is expanding its team. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining and bar experience to our guests.

Job Description:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.
• Maintain full knowledge of the drink menu, wine list, and daily specials.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately.
• Monitor bar stock levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Check guest identification when required and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments accurately when required.

Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment (fine dining experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Barista knowledge or mixology certification will be considered an advantage.
