Job Description

Our client is a B2B CRM Service Provider who develop, maintain and deploy various IT and customer-based services to numerous businesses in various industries around the world. Due to continuous growth since inception in 2018 the client is looking to grow their Support Department and are looking to recruit further Customer Support Representative who are fluent in English and an additional language German, or French or Dutch.

Salary and benefits: 
An attractive and competitive remuneration package, based on skills and experience (1800 – 2200 Euros gross monthly)
Plus 450 Euros monthly bonuses 
Relocation package from EU (Flights to Cyprus - Accommodation for one month with the option of extending the stay on a more permanent basis).

Working hours :
3 shift based role (Monday-Friday) 9:00 – 18:00, 13:00 – 22:00, 16:00 – 01:00. 

Job Description & Responsibilities: 
Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails. 
Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers. 
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries. 
Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions. 
Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments. 
Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues. 

Experience and qualifications: 
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills. 
Proficiency in both written and verbal German, or French or Dutch or with excellent language skills. 
Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration. 
Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills. 
Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment. 
Previous experience in online customer support will be considered a big plus. 

****The client is open to receiving CV’s of Graduates who are fluent in the Language skills outlined and looking to enter the corporate industry and full training will be provided (initial starting salary for Graduates will discussed at interview ) ****
