Job Description

Our company is a Cyprus registered  company operating in Limassol . We provide services to Cyprus and international companies, including business  administration , accounting , payroll , taxation , and corporate administration.
 
We are looking to hire a Corporate Administrator for our international business department .

Responsibilities

  •   Assist with the administration and day-to-day management of corporate entities.
  •   Handle correspondence with clients.
  •   Filing of corporate documents for clients.
  •   Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and internal policies.
  •   Liaise with banks for account openings and administration, prepare bank forms and maintain client records.
  •   Collect and update all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for new and existing clients, adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
  •   Support the team in ad-hoc administrative and compliance projects. 


    Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • University degree.
  • Understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain order and interact effectively with others
  • Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Very good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
