Our company is a Cyprus registered company operating in Limassol . We provide services to Cyprus and international companies, including business administration , accounting , payroll , taxation , and corporate administration.
We are looking to hire a Corporate Administrator for our international business department .
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration and day-to-day management of corporate entities.
- Handle correspondence with clients.
- Filing of corporate documents for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with banks for account openings and administration, prepare bank forms and maintain client records.
- Collect and update all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for new and existing clients, adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative and compliance projects.
Qualifications - 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field.
- University degree.
- Understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
- Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain order and interact effectively with others
- Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Very good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
