St. Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a motivated and talented Cook B’ – Thai Cuisine to join our team and grow with us.

Job Overview
The Cook B’ – Thai Cuisine will assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional Thai dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and authenticity. He/she will support the senior chefs in the smooth operation of the Thai kitchen section, while following all hygiene, health, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Thai cuisine, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
· Assist in the preparation of various Thai dishes such as curries, stir-fries, soups, salads, and appetizers
· Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to maintain consistency and quality
· Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage and labeling
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation
· Adhere to all food hygiene and HACCP standards
· Support the team during busy service hours and help with plating and presentation
· Participate in cleaning duties and general kitchen upkeep
· Show a willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team

Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience as a Cook B’ or Kitchen Assistant in a hotel or restaurant (experience in Thai cuisine is a plus)
· Basic knowledge of Thai ingredients and cooking methods
· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
· Good organizational and time-management skills
· Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
· Basic English communication skills (Greek is a plus)
