Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a skilled Cook A’ Continental to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality continental cuisine, ensuring that every dish meets our resort’s standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared with high quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and management to plan menus and special events.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a continental cook in a hotel, resort, or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
