Position Overview

Aeolian Village Beach Resort is seeking a reliable and motivated Continental Cook B' to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of high-quality meals, supporting the senior cooks and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning, as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with senior cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in proper working order.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under supervision.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Willingness to work on a seasonal employment contract.
