SCOPE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent services and maximize guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

Main Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers
Present menus and provide detailed information (F&B menu knowledge)
Prepare tables by setting up linen, silverware. Glasses
Offer menu recommendations and daily specials
Use every upselling opportunity as per standards
Take accurate F&B orders using POS, Handhelds or order slips
Serve Food & Drinks
Maintain clean & tidy dining area and equipment
Deliver & collect bill payments
Carry dirty equipment to the kitchen pot wash
Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
Attend job specific training
Attend team communication meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Excellent Customer Skills
Good organizational and communication skills
F&B basic knowledge
Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language
Hands on experience with POS, Handheld systems
