Columbia Hospitality is one of the industry leaders in hospitality and tourism in Cyprus. Under the umbrella of Columbia Hospitality, we operate Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd, which owns and runs Columbia Beach Resort, a five-star premium property. We also operate Columbia Restaurants Company Ltd, which owns and runs 15 restaurant venues ranging from mainstream franchise to high end. In addition to our existing portfolio we  manage central production facilities related to the food industry, including bakeries, confectioneries, a chocolaterie, industrial laundry, and additional interrelated logistical functions such as warehousing and supply chains.

As part of our ongoing commitment to high-quality innovation, creativity, and operational consistency across our teams in multifunctional kitchens, we are currently seeking to strengthen our culinary workforce.

The Executive Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in the management of a premium multifunctional kitchen operation. This role is essential for ensuring that standards are met consistently across sections and that service runs smoothly. The successful candidate should have strong experience in large-scale or premium hotel kitchen environments, the ability to supervise multiple kitchen areas, and proven leadership skills. The Executive Sous Chef should be capable of overseeing daily production schedules, training and mentoring teams, managing quality checks, and stepping in to lead operations when required. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and operational efficiency is required, along with strong communication and planning skills.
